Connecting to the service

You will need

• An RJ45 to BT adapter, available from the on-site shop
• A ~50m ethernet cable (CCA is fine)
• A telephone, fax machine or modem

Getting connected

1. Find your closest “Datenklo” - these are the orange Portaloos dotted across the site that house the network and telephony equipment.
2. Outside each you’ll find a plastic bucket.
3. Remove the lid and connect your cable to one of the available “line” ports.
4. Please replace the lid when done.

Claiming a memorable number

1. Lift the handset.
2. Dial 191 followed by your registration key, e.g. 19131555.
3. Listen to the announcement.
